These rubber conveyor belts with textile insertion are designed to work in the temperature range 110 ° C – 200 ° C and are suitable for use in the field of metallurgy and steel but also in other areas with high operating temperatures, where the thickness of the rubber faces and the quality of the mixture used greatly influences the service life of a belt conveyor.
Conveyor belts resistatant at temperature are ideal for conveying hot sintering materials, pellets, clinker, chemicals, fertilizers, cement and other high temperature materials.
Heat resistance conveyor belts are manufactured according european standarts in the following rubber quality: ST1(+120°C), ST2(+150°C), ST3(+180°C, max.+200°C).
General characteristics of the conveyor belt
- These belts are ideal for ground ejectors, coke, sinter, limestone, clay, etc.
- They can be executed in the following structures: 250/2; 315/2; 400/3; 500/3; 500/4; 630/4; 800/4; 800/5; 1000/4; 1000/5; 1250/5; 2000/6 (where the first value indicates the tensile strength in N/mm and the second indicates the number of blades in the belt);
- The strips can be made and delivered in standardized widths up to a maximum of 2000 mm. Widths outside the standards can also be made on request;
- The execution thicknesses of the rubber belts are between 4 – 30 mm;
- Execution lengths are between 50 – 300 m;
Types of belt edges
- MOULDED EDGES – are recommended for belts with thicknesses greater than 10 mm and work environments with high humidity or highly corrosive environments;
- CUTTING EDGES – are recommended for belts up to 10 mm and dry or low humidity working environments.
