Sealing: maze, four-stage, factory-lubricated for life, providing protection against water and dust;
Radial run-out: according to PN-M-46606;
Balance class: ≤G25 according to PN-N-01359: 1993;
Dynamic increase of the rotation of the rollers with values below the allowed ones, indicated in the norms – offering the reduction of the energy consumption by 30%;
Warranty: 24 months.

Depending on the construction and complexity of the conveyor, we can offer you the following types of rollers:

Steel roller

The most common type of conveyor roller. Used in many applications, usually supporting the loaded section of the belt. The steel tube guarantees longevity under difficult conditions. These rollers are available in the following diameters: 51, 63,5, 88,9, 108, 133 and 159 mm.


Disc return roller

Disc return rollers are used on the return side of the conveyor belt. They are recommended for application where material tends to build up on the belt. The pointed discs are mounted on a powder painted tube. The discs prevent material buildup and therefore reduce belt misalignment. The pointed discs can be combined with the flat rings supporting the edge of the belt.


Disc return roller with distance sleeves

An alternative execution of the disc return roller with primer finish. The steel tube is equipped with one type of discs and distance sleeves.


Rubber-lagged roller

The roller tube is covered with hot vulcanized rubber which increases its durability. Similar application range as the disc rollers.


Guide roller

Guide rollers, installed on both sides of the belt, help prevent belt misalignment and therefore reduce possibility of conveyor damage.


Impact roller

Impact rollers are used at a loading point of a conveyor. The rubber rings are mounted side by side on the full length of steel tube to absorb the  impact and weight of material falling onto the belt.
