A bucket elevator belt is a combination of high strength belting with metal or plastic buckets attached to it. It is commonly used for elevating bulk products in granular form in an enclosed structure to a higher point for unloading into a silo.

Our bucket elevator belts with multi-layer fabric construction distributes load evenly reducing elongation.

We have a wide range of belt types for different products. Abrasion resistant, vegetable oil and animal fat resistant belts are available for food applications.

Choosing the right rubber elevator belt can reduce maintenance time and costs, save energy, and improve production capacity and efficiency.

Field of operation

Y, W, X – General use elevator belts are applied in elevators for transport of non-fatty agricultural or mineral products.

MOR/G – Oil resistant conveyor belt with a good fat resistance is specially designed for use in combination with agricultural products and animal feed. This elevator belt is suitable for transporting products with vegetable and animal oils and fats.

ROS – This quality is excellent oil and fat resistant and therefore offers the highest possible resistance against vegetable and animal oils and fats, but also mineral oils.

General characteristics of the conveyor belt

  • They can be executed in the following structures: 250/2; 315/2; 400/3; 500/3; 500/4; 630/4; 800/4; 800/5; 1000/4; 1000/5 (where the first value indicates the tensile strength in N/mm and the second indicates the number of blades in the belt);
  • The strips can be made and delivered in standardized widths up to a maximum of 1800 mm.
  • Execution lengths are between 50 – 300 m;

Types of belt edges

  • MOULDED EDGES — are recommended for belts with thicknesses greater than 10 mm and work environments with high humidity or highly corrosive environments;
  • CUTTING EDGES — are recommended for belts up to 10 mm and dry or low humidity working environments.
